Proposed Bungalow

With a limited budget of  ksh. 3.5 million, we set to design and build a modest 3bedroom bungalow  at Maragua- Murang’a County to house a family of two. What we came up with was an elegant looking house that has lounge, open kitchen with a pantry, cloak room, two bedrooms with a shared bath and an ensuit master bedroom.
