THE LONG VERSION: Angison Design Consultants is a company that was born out of necessity, a necessity for Kenyans in the diaspora to have a means of safely investing in developing/ building real-estate developments back home.
The company was started as a result of many Kenyans in the diaspora losing their hard-earned money to relatives, unqualified & shady developers, friends and even quacks masquerading as professionals all while trying to undertake construction projects back home. We experienced numerous cases where money sent back home that was meant for development ended up
being misappropriated, stolen or ended up doing substandard work hence we saw the need to put an end to these vicious money-losing cycles by establishing a company that professionally rendered these services.
We are a group of registered professionals (architect, structural engineer, construction manager and Quantity surveyor) committed to cater for all your real estate development and construction needs.
Our core purpose of existence is to facilitate Kenyans living and working in the diaspora safely and diligently develop/build real estate back home therefore giving them peace of mind and value for their money. Angison is the only company that is fully dedicated to serving Kenyans living abroad in matters real estate development.
